A RARE IRISH VICTORIAN CHINOISERIE SILVER TEA CADDY, Hallmarked Maker Morton, Dublin, 1896. Of upright rectangular form with decorative panels surrounding featuring male figure in outdoor scene to front, and Pagoda to sides. These decorative panels are both engraved embossed and are surrounded by scrolling borders, the panel to front with lions head to top and shell to base; the borders are surrounded by repeat geometric design. The top features matching design with seated male figure finial. All supported by scrolling feet. Weight: 436g. Height: 16.6cm
