An oak thirty hour longcase clock, Boot, Sutton [in Ashfield], mid 18th c, the brass dial with engraved centre and mask spandrels, the movement with arch cut-out to backplate, in flat topped case with pilasters and breakarched door, weight and pendulum, 190cm h
Pleasing colour, dial and movement original to case, old polish residue on dial, much dust and dirt, requires an overhaul but apparently complete, hinges to door old replacements, base with old later skirting
