Large Chinese celadon stoneware baluster vase on a crackle glaze ground with elephant mask ring handles on an ornately carved hardwood base. 58cm high approx.

The vase has been drilled through the base, probably for conversion into a lamp, which has left a few hairline cracks. The base has been treated with a brown wash.
