rectangular form with canted corners, the pull-off cover with a finial modelled as a Turk smoking a hookah, the sides decorated with panels of flowers, with a panel to either long side of an interior with a seated smoking gentleman and a slave, all painted with polychrome enamels, the original tamper to the inside along with a registered design mark to the base. 13cm high
