A William IV Scottish silver tea set, repousse decoration depicting floral bouquets and scrolls, Elder & Co, Edinburgh 1836, tea pot length 29.5cm & height 21cm, gross wt. 53ozt. The tea pot with ivory insulators and exempted on the account of it being made prior to 1947 and contains less than 10% ivory by volume, submission ref. XH4RAGFP.
Condition - tea pot lid does not quite close properly (see image), otherwise fine, appears free from any further damge, no evidence of repairs, general wear including minor marks and scratches etc.
