A FIRST WORLD WAR PAIR AND SPECIAL CONSTABUKARY MEDAL. A Great War pair comprising War Medal and Victory Medal named to 24011 Sjt E. Ingham W. York R. George VI Special Constabulary faithful service medal to Ernest Ingham. Ernest Ingham also served as 38880 with the Northumberland Fusiliers and 57598 with the York and Lancaster Regiment. He is recorded as suffering a gunshot wound to the left elbow on the 27th August 1918 whilst serving with the C Company 2/4th Battalion of the York and Lancaster Regiment. *CR Normal light surface marks, lightly polished. A lot fee of £8 inc. VAT will be charged on top of the hammer price and BP on all lots.
