Four box files with paperwork and photographs. The paperwork relates to the Simplex Motor Rail company that supplied many small locomotives to BR workshops, these have come from Derby Works. There is also a Ruston & Hornsby diesel locomotive instruction manual. The manuals and spare parts catalogues are in used "oily" condition. There are approx 250+ mostly black and white postcard size prints, a few colour noted. The prints are all industrial and include locos (steam and diesel), industrial sites and rolling stock. Some are stamped "Industrial Railway Society" on the reverse. No copyright, sample illustrated.
