An Indian basalt reclining figure of Shiva, probably Kakatiya period, 12th century A.D, the reclining figure in similar pose to Vishnu, with four arms holding ritual objects and with two attendants, worn Nandinagari inscription to base, 16.5cm wide, 8.25cm high

Cf. this small scale sculpture bears close comparison to the large scale basalt figure of Anantasayi Vishnu on display in the Salar Jung Museum, Hyderabad, India.
