With copied MIC and LG, he landed France 17/11/14 with Postal Section, ISM awarded 19/7/33 as sorting clerk and telegraphist in Manchester.
2. WW1 BWM, Victory Medal and KGVI Imperial Service Medal to 127983 Pnr D.W. Charlton R.E. (Douglas William Charlton on ISM) extremely fine to mint, ISM with box of issue. With copied MIC and LG, he was issued a pair, ISM issued 9/11/43 as sorting clerk and telegraphist in Manchester.
3. WRVS Long Service Medal with Long Service clasp un-named as issued, extremely fine, in box of issue.
