1. West African Burkina Faso Lobi Tribe 19th or 20th century ceremonial sword, double edged blade tapered towards a blunt end, 3 fullers each side for part of blade, leather covered metal crossguard with abstract patterns to both sides, disc shaped 2 piece pommel surmounted by pyramid design, overall length 92cm, no scabbard, some wear to leather.
2. Unidentified Far Eastern (?) sword with leather scabbard, straight 2 sided blade, leather covered handle with tassels around lower band, scabbard with plaited chequer board design covering a third of scabbard. Blade (52cm) probably shortened at some time, scabbard 74cm, generally good fine to nearly very fine. BUYER MUST COLLECT. Qty 2 (B)
