Two mid 20th century silver and enamel powder compacts - J. G. Ltd., Birmingham 1947 and 1948, the larger with pink flowerheads on an off white guilloche ground, 9 cm diameter, chips to enamel edge; the smaller enamelled with two blue birds on branch and pink flowers on a guilloche ground, 6.7 cm diameter. (2)
* Condition: Pink flower decoration - large chip to enamel to centre right of the edge of the lid. The underside has a short line dent to the silver at the edge. Birds - enamel in very good condition. Base of the compact has a shallow dent to the centre. Marks clear to both compacts.
