WILLIAM RIDGWAY & SON, NINETEENTH CENTURY RELIEF MOULDED AND BLUE GLAZED POTTERY JUG WITH CONFORMING LID, moulded with jousting knights, 6 ¾” (17.1cm) high, together with TWO OTHERS, IN BLUE GLAZES, ATTRIBUTED TO RIDGWAY OR RIDGWAY AND ABINGTON, one moulded with barley and woven cane work, the other fluted, 9 ½” (24.1cm) high and smaller, (3)
C/R- the jousting jug with restored cover and spout, and firing crack to the joint between the body and base, the barley jug good, the fluted jug lacking lid and very minor firing cracks to the handle
