Group of four (plus silver P.S badge) Distinguished Service Medal Geo VI to J. W. Fisk, SMN/STD R.N.R, 1939-45 & Atlantic Star and War Medal in boxes of issue with regret slip from the Admiralty, named to Jack William Fisk. He died 12th Jan 1943 on H.M.T 'Kingston Jacinth' sunk by a mine in Portsmouth Harbour. He was also serving in 1940 on H.M.T 'Cape Warwick' when searching got a U-boat.
