A worksplate, GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY, DONCASTER, 741, 1897, from a GNR Class J13 0-6-0ST No 1207 built in October 1897 which became LNER Class J52 No 4207 and was renumbered 8811 in 1946, becoming BR 68811. A Doncaster engine, it was withdrawn from there in May 1957 and cut up at the nearby Works. Cast brass, 12¼"x7½", the front repainted. (Postage Band: B)
