UNIQUE(?) "LIBERATED [SARAWAK] P.W." AIRMAIL COVER EX ADABIYA TRANSIT CAMP TO G.B., ETC.; Fine 15/19 Oct. 1945 stampless env. endorsed "LIBERATED P.W. AIR MAIL" from "Capt. H.D.A. Yates" to Oxted with v. fine Suez 2-ring "FPO/174" cds but clearly from the special Liberated POWs transit Camp at Adabiya (Suez) and thought to be the only such cover recorded that was written by a Sarawak transit released POW. Plus rare printed Sept. 19445 Army leaflet for transit POWs at Adabiya Camp (cover professionally silked but full of fascinating detail incl. whereabouts of the two POs, etc.), 20 Sept. 1945 "Interrogation Certificate" for Sarawak POW L/B G.T.
