A George VI post box (LB212 1935 pattern), as mounted on a telegraph post, complete with letter basket, key, enamel collection plate, 79 ACACIA ROAD (later collection at Dracaena Avenue PO), a location in Falmouth. Overall 20½" tall, with makers name W T Allen & Co London on the back. A fine, complete example, with a supply of additional collection number plates as shown.
