A collection of nine matching antique serving ware pieces including five dinner plates, a smaller and larger serving plates, a neatly proportioned soup tureen and a cloche featuring fabulous antique repair. The plates boast wonderful flow blue colouring and with many of the pieces exhibiting a 'C' and a circular marking to base, as well as the 'Nightingale' stamp. All feature a gorgeous border of red / orange ground with intricate weaving tendrils of possibly a hop plant in greens, blue, gold and black, with gilt rim. It has a central motif of red gold and blue. This lot is from a princely estate in South Wicklow.
