Estate Of John Challis - several sections of handwritten pages in preparation for Challis' autobiographies 'Being Boycie' (pub. 2011) and 'Boycie & Beyond' (pub. 2012). The handwritten pages on lined notepaper deal with Challis' life in the 1970s, notably his time in South Africa, just prior to him becoming Boycie in Only Fools & Horses. Comprising of x60 A3 handwritten pages by Challis, x5 photocopied A3 pages, and x5 sides of A4 also handwritten. The sections are variously numbered by Challis, and it appears he wrote them in sections. Accompanying the lot are two of Challis' personally owned copies of Being Boycie and Boycie & Beyond (as new).
A portion of the proceeds from the Estate Of John Challis will be donated to three charities that he supported: British Hedgehog Preservation Society (1164542), The Cuan Wildlife Rescue (1096812), and Tusk Trust (803118).
