"Prevention of Shipwreck" (part illustrated in BPPP p.563), 6 fine 1852/67 P. Current ELs sent free by post in GB with very fine "NEWSPAPER/ONE/PENNY" Tax stamps (2 with transit cds), etc. Also a Dec. 1854 EL ex East Cowes with ms design inside for raising a shipwreck.
