Manchuria. 1946 incoming envelope from England to Harbin, bearing six 3ds with Northampton CDSs of 30 JY. Backstamped CHANG CHUN (250 miles south of Harbin) but evidently this was the nearest it came to its destination, with fine boxed red “Mail route to destination/ blockaded, return to sender” inverted on the front.
