A mid 19th century 30 bore Indian percussion gun, 47” overall, barrel 31½”, the sighted octagonal breech having engraved inscription and a further dot punched inscription; the Enfield military pattern lock stamped with a crown and “1828” over a meaningless jumble of letters; walnut half stock with chequered pistol grip, having horn fore end cap and steel mounts, the trigger guard grip engraved with an inscription over “Sarwar”. GWO & C (no ramrod, some pitting and wear)
