WW2 era German Army General's Schirmmutzen or peaked cap. Vendor purchased this directly from a military museum in the USA. Overall condition is excellent with a few minor flaws. Supplied to the German army by recognised supplier Peter Kupper of Ronsdorf. Correct fabric weave alignment (straight weave butted to angled weave at front seam). Gold braiding and green velvet band as they should be.
