1924 10f Grey-black African Elephant stamp, Belgian Congo blocks of six, ten (3 blocks) or twelve (2 blocks), and Ruanda-Urundi blocks of ten (2 blocks) and twelve, all overprinted "SPECIMEN" in red with a small punch hole, three blocks with red handstamp "Return to / RECORD & SPECIMEN DEPT". Also 1961-66 souvenir cards or cancels from the Borgerhoutse Stamp Club, named after the designer of these stamps Emile Vloors, all with the elephant logo. (100).
