Thomas Broderick, Kirton, (Lincolnshire) An 18th-century 30-hour long case alarm clock with a single piece brass broken arch dial fitted with a single black iron hand and central alarm dial, housed in a narrow stripped pine case, 17.5 cm wide at the dial, 31 cm wide x 22 cm deep x 192 cm overall height. Thomas Broderick is recorded as working between the 1750s and 1770. A private estate The case and movement will need some work to make good but the movement seems intact and comes with a pendulum, and single iron weight.
