A 1988 VW Scirocco 1.8 petrol Scala Limited Edition model in Alpine White with a rare white interior specification, all colour coded from factory, with white bumpers and body kit styling. This car has come out of storage and the owner no longer uses the car, hence it is being offered for sale. It’s a rare model in this colour combination, and could make an ideal affordable project. The vehicle does have a current MoT, so could be driven away if required.
The body work is in fair condition, but will need some re-commissioning. Under the body, and in the engine bay, it all looks in good condition, as is the rear hatch back area, which is rare on one of these, as they can be very rusty there. The interior is in good condition in general, and just looks like one small repair is required on one of the front seats. The vehicle was driven to the auction, but has not been used a great deal according to the owner, so some service work for peace of mind is recommended. It comes with a VOSA mileage check back to 2005, plus MoT, keys etc. A new V5c log book will need to be applied for by the buyer.
