FIRST WORLD WAR PAIRS TO BROTHERS. Two first World War Pairs comprising War Medal and Victory Medal named to 240503 Cpl P.J. Wright, Devon R. and 12491 Pte C. Wright Ir Gds.
Percy Joseph Write was recorded as serving with the 1/5th Battalion and being wounded on the 27th December 1917 and again in the 23rd August 1918 and entitled to a wound stripe on both occasions.
The medals framed either side of a photograph of the two recipients, one in uniform.
Framed and glazed, 35 x 55cm overall. *CR Not examined out of frame. A lot fee of £8 inc. VAT will be charged on top of the hammer price and BP on all lots.
