A cased set of six Arts and Crafts silver and enamel coffee spoons by Langstone Silver Works Bernard Instone, Birmingham 1933, with pointed bowls, the stems with champleve enamel floral decoration, 58.9gms. (1.9ozs.), with two cases of six bean top coffee spoons, (3 cases) Bernard Instone (1891-1987) founder of the Langstone Silver Works, Birmingham. Taught at the Central School of art, apprenticed first to John Paul Cooper and then to Emil Lettre in Berlin before 1914. Later sold his products at Liberty, London.
