Group of two (2) 11th-century fragmentary silver Pennies of Cnut and Edward the Confessor. Includes (1) 1024-1030 King Cnut pointed helmet type Penny in two fragments (S 1158, BMC XIV, .92g altogether), and (2) 1056-1059 King Edward the Confessor sovereign/eagles type Penny half (S 1181, BMC IX, .58g). Both come with old tickets.
