A LATE 19TH/ EARLY 20TH CENTURY FRENCH SILVER & ENAMEL BOX. rectangular form, with bright-cut engraved borders, the cover decorated with a romantic scene within an oval polychrome border, the cover and sides with blue enamel & the base with geometric engine-turning, gilt interior, import marked for George Stockwell, London 1927; 3.5" (8.8cm) long; 6.1ozt.
General wear, minor knocks, scratches & losses to the enamel, surface scratches and scuffs to the metal, overall reasonable and lovely quality.
