WORLDWIDE COLLECTION (NO GB) in a pair of SG "New Imperial" albums. The albums are in superb condition, being the 1988 re-printing for British Empire Postage Stamps, Postage Dues & Officials 1840-1936. The albums house an almost exclusively mint collection of issues for a range of A-Z countries, but no GB. Some strength in countries such as Egypt, India, Leewards, Mauritius, Morocco Agencies, Rhodesia, St. Lucia, Sierra Leone, Seychelles, Sudan, Tonga, etc. Many iconic KGV sets present incl. Cyprus 1928 to £1 blue & brown (£300), Basutoland 1933 to 10/- olive-green (£300), Bechuanaland 1932 to 10/- black & chocolate (£475), Sierra Leone 1932 to £1 purple (£275) & 1933 'Wilberforce' set to 10/- black & green (c.£550), Swaziland 1933 set to 10/- sepia (£180), Sudan 1935 'Gordon' set to 50p red-brown (£130), Trans-Jordan 1933 set to £1 black & green (£900), etc. A valuable collection, but we must mention the somewhat heavy hingeing throughout. (Very many 100s)
