A Chinese cloisonne tea service, 19th century Worked with shaped panels of auspicious flowers and foliage to mid and pale blue reserved against a black ground, comprising teapot and cover, 16cm, sucrier and cover, 13cm, associated milk jug, 12cm, and six cups and saucers. (9) (one cup handle missing, four handles adrift) Condition:Teapot: Good overall. A few small bruises to the underside of the cover. Sucrier: Dent to cover with associated enamel loss. Milk jug: Associated but reasonably well matched. Dent to the base near the foot rim. Cups: One lacking handle. One with handle repaired. Four with handles present but adrift. One with enamel chip inside. Saucers: Three good. Three with small enamel chips to the underside near rims.
