ETIENNE WITH HEXAGON "GB/1F90C" PRINTED MATTER RATE MARK: 1869 wrapper (hinge remnants on back) from Bombay?* to St. Etienne with rare hexagon "GB/1F90C" accountancy mark for printed matter (v. fine) on the front along with faint red "15c" printed matter rate h.s & likely Marseilles cds of the same ink. Scarce mark only used between 1868 & 1869.
