Bahwalpur SG 25, 28 cover with SERVICE overprints on the stamps
Officials. 1952 registered envelope bearing 4a and 12a to Bahawalnagar District, cancelled by the scarce oval Registered P.O. No. 5 datestamp of 12 MAR. The stamps have received the scarce red SERVICE overprint, the 4a twice (once on the selvedge), and the 12a extending onto the envelope. Registration selvedge on reverse with part additional cancel, and wax seals of ?Advisor - Baghdad ul Jadid? (A.R. Khan). SG 25, 28
