Four early 20th century fans with sequins, the first advertising “Scott’s London, having a paper leaf printed in gold and ginger, applied with rose pink sequins, the wood sticks stained dark terracotta and gilded; a fan of black gauze mounted on lightly pierced and incised black wood sticks, the leaf embroidered with black sequins and spangles; a bone fan, the monture lightly incised and piqué, the cream gauze leaf embroidered with dark lilac sequins; and a final fan, the wood monture à la sultane, the cream gauze leaf embroidered with turquoise spangles (4)
The last fan has some staining, and splits to the leaf.
