A silver Siamese (Thai) mid-Victorian offering bowl, repousse figures in exquisite detail, 5 1/2" diameter at rim, maximum diameter 6 3/4", height roughly 4 1/4", the base engraved with a likeness of an elephant. Figures to the side include a Singha or Fu dog and various figures looking up at the donor surrounded by highly detailed patternation. A beautiful example. Approximate weight 450g.
