Two yellow squares just off centre have a residue of paper (?) on them.
Elsewhere the thickest areas of paint seem to have wrinkles/impressions where the paint has either dried slowly or its been up against something.
Some areas have very thickly applied oil paint.
Top right hand corner - the canvas has a 'dent' but is not split or damaged.
