The tallest standing upright figure - repaired damage around the neck and repaired and crudely restored cracks down the back and left hand wing of the bird around to the breast, further repaired damage to the very lower tail feathers from a break.
The shorter figure - with looser fresher cracks and damage around the neck leading to the left wings and across the back various cracks and damages, further damage lower around the tail feathers, repaired break of the neck, overall condition both in need of extensive attention.
