TWO CHINESE GLAZED POTTERY EWERS, YUAN / MING DYNASTY. The larger ewer covered in a greyish glaze and the smaller in a pale celadon glaze. 9cm and 11cm tall. (2)
The smaller with small chips to rim and foot with no signs of repairs. The larger in better condition with no obvious signs of damage or repairs. Provenance: Property of Dennis Young, son to Sir Mark Aitchison Young GCMG (1886-1974) who served as Governor of Hong Kong between 1941 and 1947, thence by descent.
