A pair of late 19th to early 20th Century Hungarian tulip vases of swollen ovoid form by Fischer, decorated in banded panels in multi-coloured enamels with flowers and anthemion leaves over footed bases, numbered 199 and stamped and impressed Fischer Budapest to the bases, height 22cm, both with damages and some later restoration. (2)

There is gilt rubbing to both of the vases.
Vase 1 - Two of the side necks are chipped and cracked - one of these more so than the other. There is a small chip to the foot rim of this vase.
Vase 2 - The rim / neck of the vase has been broken and there is an old glued / overpainted repair to the same that is visible. There is a hairline crack to one of the side necks.
The foot appears to have been off just above the base.
