An Indian hunting sword tulwar shikargar. Late 19th century, curved SE blade 69cms chiselled overall with pairs of fighting animals in low relief, and at the tip on one side with shikari (hunter) being mauled by a tiger, iron hilt entirely covered with silver damascened diaper pattern. GC £200-400
