A 19th century sapphire and diamond horseshoe stick pin. The antique stick pin having a horseshoe set with seven oval cut sapphires interspersed by rose cut diamonds to rose gold stick pin. Unmarked, surface tests indicate gold. Measures 6.5cm x 1.3cm. Weighs 3.3g. All weights, measurements and sizes are approximate.
