Pistol - a rare Great War Colt Model 1911, .45 calibre Automatic Pistol, SN: 67105 which dates manufacture to 1914. Slide marked "Model of 1911 U.S.Army", reverse side marked "Colts PT F.A. MFG.Co Hartford USA". Frame marked "United States Property". Original chequered wooden grips (some service / age wear but complete). With magazine and lanyard ring. Magazine drops out, slide works. All markings crisp, finish good in parts however there are some patches of roughness on the slide which require polishing / striking out to restore the pistol to top grade condition.
