NEPAL 1917-30 4a green (SG 41, Scott 17, Hellrigl 43), Setting 11, fourth state, BLOCK OF 42 (6 x 7, from top right corner of sheet) incl. inverted cliche (SG 41a, Sc 11a, Hellrigl 43a) at position 54, used with Kathmandu telegraphic cancels. The fourth state has the remarkable feature that position 56 is virtually a solid block of colour due to an unusually heavy impression, and position 14 shows the "Cut Corner" positional flaw.
