A 19th century Chinese bronze incense burner or censer of typical tripod form with compressed globular body cast with a pair of loop handles, late Qing period, the interior and base with Xuande reign mark but not of the period, 9.5 cm w x 7 cm h, 475 grams to/w a pair of brass Buddhistic guardian lion seals, 5 cm high
The exterior with consistent patina, light surface wear, some very minor blemishes but generally good condition, diagonal tooling marks evident around the rim interior and undersides of handles
