A fascinating ledgers and accounts book for the now demolished Ballygihen House, Dun Laoghaire. This ledgers book includes household expenses from the 1960s, maids and house hold payroll and also includes newspaper clippings, receipts and other very interesting notes from the 1960's era. the Grand house pic attached was the residence of a very grand lady, Lady Glenavy Campbell (nee Elvery) 1881-1970 Have a look at the image Lady Campbell.
