A pair of late 19th century Chinese baluster-shaped vases in Kangxi-style (one minus lid); each piece decorated in underglaze blue with prunus blossom against cracked ice, each with four-character mark to underside of base (the lidded example 25cm high)
Condition Report: The vases have from the Country House estate and are in a dirty and unclean condition. The condition is over all good. One of the vases has a small original firing crack above the second character to the underside and also a piece of foot rim showing an unglazed area.
