32 1/4 inch, single edged, narrow blade with fuller. Etched foliage scroll panels. Crowned VR cypher. The reverse with winged armoured arm badge over "HAC". Forte with retailer "Stillwell & Son Barbican London". Gilt brass shell guard with central white metal flaming grenade. D shape knuckle bow and shaped pommel. Shagreen covered grip with twist wire binding. Contained in its leather scabbard with gilt brass, floral engraved mounts. Complete with gilt sword knot.
