CRIMEAN WAR - BALTIC FLEET COVER WITH "DANZIG" C.D.S. AT OFFICER'S 8d-RATE TO G.B.; Neat 28 July 1854 env. from the Fleet sent unpaid to "H.M.S. Dauntless" in Sheerness, endorsed "To be left until H.M.S. Dauntless arrives there". The 'Dauntless' was also in the Baltic Fleet, so presumably was on her way to G.B. for supplies when this letter was sent.
