George III 1805 Theatre Playbill - An early 19th century George III theatre playbill for Lovers' Vows and Obi; Or, Three-Finger'd Jack. Theatre-Royal, Hay-Market. The playbill featuring a list of cast members for each play. Also informing public that the play Beggar My Neighbour although met with 'great applause, by an overflowing audience' did meet with 'disapprobation' from the public and is to be 'the whole piece is to be withdrawn for revival 'til next Saturday'. With details of plays of the following night week to include The Poor Gentleman, The Review, The Wags of Windsor, Speed the Plough, The Battle of Hexham, The Heir at Law, The Sixty-Third Letter. For the evening of Monday July 12th, 1802.
