the elliptical textured silvered dial signed Patek Philippe Geneve with Roman indices and silver hands, original Patek Philippe crown, push-on case back, manually wound movement signed Patek Philippe & Co Geneve, Isochronism Adjusted to Heat Cold & Five (5) Positions, Calibre 23-300PM, case internally stamped 18K 750 and signed Patek Philippe, fitted with a black leather strap with an original 18k white gold buckle. Case 27mm by 34mm (incl. lugs)
